About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Web Designer with exceptional Figma expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design process from conceptualization through to final execution and refinement. You will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and development teams to create compelling, user-centered designs that align with client objectives and enhance user engagement. Your responsibilities will include developing wireframes, prototypes, style tiles, and detailed design files that are development-ready. You will also be responsible for presenting your designs effectively to clients, explaining your design rationale, and incorporating feedback to achieve optimal results. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely within the US, with options for partial or in-office work at our Los Angeles headquarters. Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX Web Design experience within a digital agency environment.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design projects, including wireframes, style tiles, mood boards, and client presentations.
• Experience preparing design files for seamless development handoff.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and a focus on user experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to incorporate feedback effectively and iterate designs accordingly.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs, user behaviors, and project requirements into engaging prototypes, wireframes, style tiles, and design concepts that deliver excellent user experiences.
• Present and articulate design concepts and decisions to clients convincingly, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Create detailed, development-ready design files, including annotations and style guides, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Utilize behavioral data from tools like Clarity and Google Analytics to inform and refine UX strategies, developing data-backed sitemaps and user journey maps.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical specifications.
• Support the development team by providing clear, comprehensive design documentation to facilitate smooth implementation.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
