Who We’re Looking For:

Reporting directly to our Founder, our Marketing Director will turn speed into structure, as we look for someone who can scale aggressively without slowing the brand down. You will own brand, creative and performance marketing and assist in growing the brand to $100 million. You will set marketing strategy, and be responsible for the hands on execution by directing team performance.

🌟 We are seeking those who currently and previously have worked across the full scope of marketing (brand & digital) for digitally native, ecommerce first (non-legacy) fashion/accessory brands. We will prioritize fashion/accessory experience over adjacent industries such as beauty, wellness (CPG) and home furnishing.

What You’ll Do:Brand & Creative Leadership

  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to maintain and elevate premium positioning.
  • Balance storytelling and conversion without compromising brand equity.
  • Approve campaigns that are both aspirational and commercially effective.
  • Ensure brand consistency across paid, organic, site, email, and partnerships.

Paid Media & Performance

  • Lead paid strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.
  • Direct agency partners with structured testing roadmaps and clear KPIs.
  • Build a high-velocity, performance-driven creative testing engine.
  • Align creative production with product drops, inventory flow, and scaling windows.
  • Optimize for contribution margin, not just top-line revenue.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Set retention revenue and LTV growth targets.
  • Oversee lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription.
  • Align lifecycle moments with campaign and launch calendars.
  • Increase repeat purchase rate while protecting brand experience.

Marketing Calendar & Go-To-Market

  • Own a rolling 90-day forward marketing plan.
  • Align launches, paid strategy, partnerships, and promotional cadence.
  • Shift marketing from reactive execution to proactive planning.
  • Drive integrated campaigns that feel coordinated, not fragmented.

Partnerships & Influencer Strategy

  • Define influencer, athlete, and creator strategy at scale.
  • Structure performance-based partnerships with clear ROI benchmarks.
  • Ensure collaborations align with key launch moments and seasonal pushes.
  • Build long-term brand equity through strategic partnerships.

Budget & Resource Allocation

  • Own the full marketing budget and capital allocation strategy.
  • Make smart decisions on hiring, outsourcing, and production spend.
  • Scale responsibly and efficiently.
  • Build systems that support growth without bloating overhead.

Revenue & P&L Ownership

  • Own marketing-driven revenue and contribution margin targets.
  • Manage the full marketing P&L with clear accountability for profitable growth.
  • Monitor blended ROAS, MER, CPA, AOV, and LTV weekly.
  • Translate analytics into disciplined scaling decisions, not vanity metrics.
  • Allocate capital with rigor, prioritizing sustainable growth over reckless spend.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor internal marketing team members and agency partners.
  • Set quarterly KPIs and run structured performance reviews.
  • Build operational clarity and accountability across functions.
  • Create a high-performance culture that balances speed with discipline.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years in DTC marketing at product-driven consumer brands (fashion, accessories must have).
  • Experience leading and scaling marketing at a $20M+ brand
  • Proven track record scaling revenue aggressively while improving efficiency.
  • Deep fluency in Meta, TikTok, performance creative, and testing frameworks.
  • Strong operator who understands contribution margin and inventory dynamics.
  • Experience managing influencer and athlete partnerships at scale.
  • Equally comfortable in analytics dashboards and creative reviews.
  • Structured thinker with strong financial acumen.
  • Calm, decisive, and clear under pressure.
