About the Role

We are looking for a creative Regional Social Media Manager with strong TikTokexpertise to lead our brand’s presence in the Netherlands, with TikTok as the primary

focus and Instagram and Facebook as supporting channels. Reporting to the Head of

Digital, you will be responsible for end-to-end content management, including

scheduling, copywriting, trend-led content creation, and community engagement.

You will also play a key role in identifying partnership opportunities with influencers

to drive reach, relevance and engagement.

You will create engaging content tailored to your core audience: GenZ.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the social media platforms in the

Netherlands while working remotely with a dynamic, international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional social media content calendar, ensuring

posts align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Create and schedule engaging content (including short-form videos, static

posts, and Stories/Reels) for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook around key

calendar dates and in sync with some of our above the line Media and Press

features.

• Write compelling copy tailored to each platform and specific to the target

audience.

• Manage community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and

customer inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

• Monitor trends, cultural moments, and industry activity to proactively suggest

creative ideas and content strategies.

• Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and content

creators to drive brand awareness and engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, PR and marketing) to align social

media efforts with overall business goals.

• Track and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and

recommendations for optimisations.

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level Dutch and fluent in English (the team's working language).

• Proven expertise in TikTok, with a strong track record of growing accounts,

creating high-performing content, and staying ahead of platform trends and best

practices.

• Solid understanding of Instagram strategy and best practices, including Reels,

Stories, Remixes and community engagement.

• Sound experience of Facebook content management and optimisation, with

the ability to adapt content for the platform.

• Proven experience in a social media management role (preferably in an

national or international capacity or representing a large brand).

• Ability to create engaging, high-quality content. Basic editing skills such as

Canva is required, but not advanced graphic design skill is needed.

• Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different

audiences.

• Passion for community building and influencer marketing.

• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with tracking both organic and paid

performance metrics and optimising content based on insights.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team

and ensuring transparency with the reporting Head of Digital.

• This role will require 15 hours/week of work.

• Take-Home Task: To be completed before the second interview.

• 2nd Interview (Managing Director & Head of Digital): Creative assessment and

presentation of the task.
