Designer - Product + Marketing

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Product and Graphic Designer to bring our brand visions to life across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for design ideation and execution as it pertains to physical products, packaging, and marketing assets, demanding a blend of innovative thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and efficient multitasking skills. This position will report directly into our Senior Creative Design Manager.

Responsibilities:Product Design:

• Design graphic and illustration forward products and packaging, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and seasonal direction.
• Develop scalable graphic templates and repeatable design systems to support emerging product initiatives and long-term growth.
• Create product mockups and set up factory-ready art files and tech packs for products and packaging.
• Assist in creation and set up of design and creative concept decks.
• Support innovation via thorough market and trend research to stay current on industry trends and customer preferences.
• Research and track competition.
• Manage design linesheets and catalogs as needed.

Marketing Design:

• Design and set up marketing assets such as Instagram stories, homepage banners, emails, and other branding efforts.
• Schedule and activate homepage content and email marketing campaigns.
• Support branding projects and initiatives.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Provide clear, constructive sample feedback in weekly cross-functional touchpoints to ensure strong execution of design intent, quality standards, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Product Development to deliver thoughtful design solutions that align creative vision with cost, margin, and production requirements.
• Participate in sales reviews and end-of-season product and process hindsight meetings to inform future best practices, improve execution, and identify new product opportunities.
• Partner with Wholesale and Marketing teams to ideate and create brand-right print and digital assets for various brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of product design experience in consumer goods.
• Skilled in creating detailed technical packs to efficiently bring products to market while minimizing sample iterations.
• Strong proficiency in illustration and hand lettering.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator within a Mac environment.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively and efficiently solve design challenges.
• Shown interest and knowledge of latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• A keen eye for detail with exceptional color and typography sensibilities to align with our brand aesthetic.
• Proficiency in Canva and Google Suite a plus, but not required.
• Design portfolio demonstrating aesthetic and skill alignment to the brand and role.
