Zamora Design is looking for a skilled web designer to join our team for a 3-month contract with potential to extend into ongoing work.

About Us: We're a San Francisco design agency that creates pitch decks, brands, and digital experiences for growing tech companies and funded startups. We've helped clients raise $700M+ through strategic design.

The Role:

• Duration: 3 months initially, contract-to-hire for the right fit
• Commitment: Full-time, fully remote
• Hours: Must have at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time
• Type: Independent contractor (1099)

What You'll Do:

• Design polished, professional websites and landing pages
• Create high-fidelity mockups and design systems
• Translate brand guidelines into cohesive web experiences
• Collaborate on fast-moving client projects
• Deliver production-ready designs

What We Need:

• 3-5 years of web design experience
• Strong portfolio showing visual design work for web
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
• Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Bonus Points:

• Motion design and animation skills
• Experience with design systems
• Background in tech startups or agencies
• Familiarity with major CMS platforms (WordPress, Framer, Webflow)
