Senior UX/UI Designer

We’re working with a globally renowned agency who are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join their growing digital team. This is an exciting opportunity to craft innovative, user-centred digital experiences across a global portfolio.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping websites, apps, and digital platforms that are as intuitive as they are visually striking. You’ll balance strong user-experience thinking with exceptional design craft, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and impactful.

Collaborating closely with strategists, developers, writers, and project managers, you’ll take projects from concept to completion, leading design workshops, presenting to clients, and iterating on feedback to deliver experiences that delight both users and stakeholders.

A strong understanding of user-centred design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences, along with previous agency experience, is a must to hit the ground running. You will have a strong UX/UI design background and be confident in delivering innovative and fresh ideas to clients and the wider team, supporting products from brief to build.

What You’ll Do..

• Design and deliver beautifully crafted, responsive websites, apps and digital campaigns.
• Shape user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to bring clarity to complex problems.
• Translate business and user needs into creative, intuitive design solutions.
• Work collaboratively within a studio environment across multiple disciplines.
• Present concepts and finished work to clients with confidence.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and champion best practices in both UX and UI.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems and ensure accessibility best practices are applied.

About You..

• 6+ years’ experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of responsive, user-centred work.
• Proven ability to own projects from discovery through to polished delivery.
• Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable working with design systems.
• Strong communicator, confident in both client-facing and internal presentations.
• A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
