Product / UI Designer (Design Systems)

We’re looking for a senior UI focussed Product Designer with deep design systems experience to modernise, consolidate, and evolve our existing systems into a single, enterprise-ready design system that will underpin multiple products.

This is a hands-on role focused on both UI craft and Design systems thinking, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving product environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Auditing existing design systems and UI patterns across multiple products

• Designing and building a unified, future-fit design system to support both B2B and B2C products. Focus on B2C!

• Leading foundational system architecture, component design, and pattern definition

• Embedding accessibility considerations throughout the system

• Producing clear, high-quality system documentation

• Designing operational workflows for long-term governance, maintenance, and scale

• Working independently at pace while collaborating closely with product and engineering

What we’re looking for

• Deep experience building and scaling design systems in Figma, ideally across multiple products

• Strong UI craft with a clear eye for detail and quality

• Proven experience consolidating or modernising immature or fragmented design systems

• Comfortable working in complex, evolving product environments

• Experience across B2C eCommerce and B2B products

• Systematic, meticulous, and confident making decisions independently

• Passion for premium digital experiences, ideally within luxury or hospitality contexts
