CMS Developer - Squiz

We’re seeking an experienced CMS / Squiz Developer to support the development and enhancement of digital platforms within the education sector, delivering secure, scalable and user-friendly web solutions.
This is a hands-on development role suited to someone with strong experience across Squiz CMS, alongside front-end development skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You’ll contribute to digital solutions supporting a large, complex educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain websites and digital platforms using Squiz CMS
• Build responsive, accessible and user-friendly web experiences
• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Configure and customise CMS functionality to meet business requirements
• Integrate front-end components with CMS templates, content and digital services
• Work closely with designers, developers and business stakeholders
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment and technical documentation
• Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility and development standards
Ideal Background
✔ Strong commercial experience with Squiz CMS / Squiz Matrix
✔ Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
✔ Experience developing and maintaining enterprise websites and digital platforms
✔ Understanding of responsive web design and accessibility standards
✔ Experience working within the education sector or similarly complex organisations is advantageous
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
