Role Overview:

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Designer to craft compelling visuals that bring our brand and product to life. You’ll design high-impact marketing assets—from social media graphics to motion videos—and collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate complex SaaS features into engaging, story-driven content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform complex SaaS features into clear, engaging visual stories
• Produce motion graphics, product animations, and lightweight UI mockups
• Design conversion-focused creative assets for social media, email, paid media, and web
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure brand and message alignment
• Contribute to and help manage a consistent content and campaign calendar
• Create and iterate on visual assets for A/B testing and analyze creative performance
• Maintain an organized system of reusable design assets, templates, and libraries for efficient turnaround
• Support the development of sales and marketing collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and demo visuals

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing design, ideally in SaaS
• A strong portfolio that highlights motion graphics, product storytelling, and social-first content
• Proficiency with Figma and motion tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lottie, or Adobe Animate
• Experience designing for mobile-optimized formats and various social media channels
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and product team
• A self-starter mindset: organized, creative, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Bonus: experience working within the Webflow ecosystem
