This is not campaign execution. This is not content production. This is model shaping. You will help advanced AI systems reason better about marketing: from positioning strategy and audience segmentation to funnel architecture, brand building, channel mix optimisation, and the creative-analytical tension that defines great marketing. Your Mission You Will Contribute To Reinforcement Learning From Human Feedback (RLHF) Datasets That Strengthen AI Reasoning Across Marketing And Growth Contexts. Specifically, You Will
- Draft complex scenarios involving go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, campaign architecture, channel selection, budget allocation, conversion optimisation, and marketing attribution
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses for strategic coherence, creative quality, audience awareness, channel realism, and alignment with modern marketing practice
- Create prompt variants tailored to different contexts (e.g., B2B SaaS launch, D2C brand scaling, employer branding, product repositioning, performance marketing audit, content strategy overhaul, market entry in a new European geography)
- Design examples that intentionally expose weaknesses in marketing reasoning — vanity metrics mistaken for impact, channel-audience mismatch, brand-performance imbalance, generic personas, copy that talks about the product instead of the customer, budgets disconnected from objectives
- Ensure outputs reflect European market realities, including familiarity with GDPR constraints on targeting and tracking, cookie consent regimes, multilingual/multi-market campaign complexity, European consumer behaviour differences, and platform dynamics across EU markets
- Collaborate asynchronously with our research coordination team This is structured, high-focus intellectual work — the kind of marketing thinking that separates strategy from noise, distilled into training signal.
Who We're Looking For You Are a Medior Or Senior Marketing Professional In a European Context With Hands-on Strategic And Executional Experience. Minimum Profile
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience (medior) or 6+ years (senior) in a strategic and/or hands-on marketing role
- Based in an EU or UK jurisdiction with working knowledge of European consumer and B2B markets
- Strong expertise in at least two domains (e.g., brand strategy, performance marketing, content marketing, product marketing, growth, CRM/lifecycle, social, PR/comms, marketing analytics)
- Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes — not just impressions, but pipeline, revenue, retention
- Ability to articulate marketing reasoning clearly and identify weak strategy, lazy targeting, or flawed measurement quickly Bonus:
- Experience across both B2B and B2C
- Background in tech, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or other high-growth sectors
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.)
- Multi-market European campaign experience — adapting strategy across languages, cultures, and regulatory regimes
- Experience with brand building from scratch or major repositioning
- SEO, paid media, or conversion rate optimisation expertise
- Familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks (MMM, incrementality testing, attribution modelling)
- Team lead, head of marketing, or CMO experience

Commitment & Structure
