What You’ll Be Doing We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems. Your Role Is Practical And High-impact. You Will

• Review and enhance AI-generated visual designs, layouts, and creative outputs
• Evaluate visual concepts for clarity, aesthetics, brand consistency, and accessibility
• Draft realistic design scenarios and briefs, simulating industry-relevant design challenges
• Assess AI reasoning in topics such as visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and user experience
• Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or unrealistic design elements
• Create scenario variations from the perspectives of different design stakeholders, such as brand manager, UX lead, or client

• Based in the EU or UK
• With several years of experience in visual design, branding, or digital creative work
• Experienced with industry-standard design tools, principles, and best practices
• Comfortable identifying design flaws, usability issues, or brand inconsistencies
• Available 8 to 20 hours per week
• Able to start in the coming weeks
