Job Description:

Looking for a Product Designer/Senior Product Designer to deliver user-centric design and documentation across digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research; create personas, journeys, and user stories.
• Deliver wireframes, prototypes, UI/UX flows, and usability testing.
• Work with engineering to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
• Create AS-IS/TO-BE models, system diagrams, process flows, and design documentation.
• Support Agile delivery, data mapping, migration, integration, and cloud-related activities.
• Partner with Product Managers & stakeholders for requirement alignment.
• Apply design best practices and contribute to improving design processes.

Skills & Experience:

• 5-8 years as a Product Designer (Pharma domain preferred).
• Strong user research, UX/UI design, and documentation experience.
• Understanding of data models, system interfaces, and IT product deliveries.
• Experience with Agile, process mapping, and system upgrade/integration work.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
