Senior Product Designer, AI Configs

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer AI Configs to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,500 – $200,090 annually. Responsibilities

• Design key developer workflows for AI-powered software engineering
• Map complex workflows to identify flaws and improvement opportunities
• Drive user research from discovery to validation and synthesize insights for product direction
• Define user experience strategy and articulate the rationale for design decisions
• Establish reusable design patterns and information architecture for the product suite
• Deliver high-quality design artifacts to support agile development processes
• Iterate on existing designs for immediate value while planning long-term strategic improvements

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years designing complex products, preferably in developer tools, AI tooling, or B2B SaaS
• Strong foundation in user interface, interaction design, and systems design for configurable products
• Proven experience leading end-to-end design efforts, from discovery to iteration
• Demonstrated ability to connect design decisions to business metrics and KPIs
• Familiarity with technical concepts like APIs and developer workflows, and eagerness to learn about AI
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex design decisions to various stakeholders
• Portfolio showcasing systems-level thinking and both 0 to 1 and iterative product work
