Summary We are seeking a creative and user-centered UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure our products are not only functional but also enjoyable to use. Duties

  • Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to create high-fidelity mockups and visual designs.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility standards across the organization.
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain design consistency and contribute to design systems/style guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a related role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, processes, and impact.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with design systems and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development basics is a plus.
  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards).
  • Knowledge of Agile or Lean UX methodologies.
