What You Will Need for the Role:

Core Mobile Development:

• React Native: 5–8 years of experience building cross-platform mobile applications for iOS

and Android using React Native.

• JavaScript / TypeScript: Advanced proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

for scalable, maintainable applications.

• Mobile Architecture: Strong grasp of app lifecycle, navigation patterns, and state

management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Recoil).

• UI/UX: Ability to translate Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive UI

components and animations.

• Native Modules: Familiarity with integrating native modules for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and

Android (Kotlin/Java).

Backend & Cloud Skills:

• Node.js: Proven experience developing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs using

Node.js and Express/NestJS frameworks.

• AWS: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Cognito,

DynamoDB, or ECS for backend integration and deployment.

• Authentication & Security: Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and secure data handling for

mobile-backend communication.

Quality, DevOps & CI/CD:

• Testing: Experience with Jest, Detox, or similar testing frameworks for unit, integration, and

end-to-end tests.

• CI/CD: Familiarity with GitLab, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI pipelines for automated builds and

app deployment.

• App Stores: Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the App Store and

Google Play Store.

• Monitoring: Exposure to Firebase, Sentry, or AppCenter for monitoring, analytics, and

performance tracking.Soft Skills & Attributes
