Job Description
Ajenzy Media is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager to lead strategy and execution for our e-commerce clients. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work on your own schedule while being part of a collaborative and results-driven team.
You will be leading the strategy and implementation of our customer retention strategies for our e-commerce clients. This will include working closely with our Founder and team of copywriters, designers, and strategists. This role will be client-facing and will include calls with both our team and clients on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compelling email and SMS campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, designed to engage customers at every stage of the customer journey
- Perform A/B testing and analyze campaign data to optimize strategies, enhance engagement, and drive conversion rates.
- Collaborate with our team of copywriters and designers to produce visually appealing content.
- Stay ahead of email marketing trends and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
- Manage multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and open lines of communication.
Requirements
- 2+ years working with Shopify and Klaviyo (experience with Attentive and Postscript is a plus
- Proven track record in developing and managing email campaigns, with a strong understanding of retention marketing and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make informed decisions
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment
- Experience using Slack, Notion, and Google Suite will be necessary. Being familiar with Figma is a plus.
