Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product design who’s excited to create intuitive, efficient, and impactful experiences for our Climate ERP platform. This role is ideal for someone with a +3 years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS - who wants to take more ownership and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. If you're excited about designing products that help companies decarbonise, and want to make sustainability accessible, and actionable, we’d love to hear from you. 🔍 What You’ll DoDesign with purpose: You’ll craft intuitive and delightful user experiences that help companies measure, reduce, and disclose their carbon emissions through our Climate ERP platform. Collaborate closely: You’ll work side-by-side with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the entire product development process — from idea to delivery. Understand our users: You’ll actively contribute to product discovery, user interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs and workflows. Bring ideas to life: You’ll create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, translating complex climate data into clear and actionable interfaces. Craft our design system: You’ll contribute to our new design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the platform. Communicate clearly: You’ll share your thinking and design decisions openly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — and are open to feedback and iteration. ✅ What Success Looks Like

💡 We think you’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
• Are excited by user-centered design and know how to turn complex problems into elegant solutions
• Can move seamlessly between low-fidelity exploration and polished, production-ready designs
• Are confident using Figma, Miro and familiar with design systems.
• Have participated in user research or usability testing, and know how to turn insights into action
• Are curious, proactive, and collaborative - you love sharing ideas and learning from others
