Art Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our client base in the game art and creative services industry.

Your main tasks will include identifying potential clients (game studios, publishers, and related companies), building connections through LinkedIn and email outreach, handling inbound requests, and developing warm dialogues to move leads through the pipeline.

This role requires excellent communication skills, good understanding of the game art market, and a strategic approach to outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Build and maintain outreach lists (Hubspot)
• Send cold and warm messages/emails to initiate conversations
• Handle inbound leads and assess their potential
• Nurture relationships through follow-ups and clear communication
• Collaborate with the team to align messaging and priorities

Requirements:

• Experience in lead generation and/or sales, preferably in game art or creative industries
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach tools
• Proactive, strategic, and result-driven approach
• Understanding of game development and art production basics
