This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and an imaginative mind. No AI or technical background required — just a love of language, ideas, and asking really good questions.

What You'll Do

• Craft original, creative prompts across a wide variety of topics — from science and philosophy to everyday life and beyond
• Design questions and scenarios that challenge AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy
• Write prompts specifically engineered to probe edge cases, test for safety, and expose weaknesses
• Follow style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
• Iterate and refine prompts based on project feedback and evolving goals
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace

• A strong, clear writer who can communicate ideas across diverse topics and formats
• Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas, finding angles, and asking unexpected questions
• Creative and systematic in equal measure — you can think outside the box while following structured guidelines
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No AI, technical, or academic background required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, journalism, education, research, or content creation
• Experience with creative writing, debate, logic puzzles, or critical thinking exercises
• Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
• Broad general knowledge across multiple subject areas
