• Create high-quality webtoon panels in a vertical-scroll format, maintaining consistency with established character designs and visual canon
• Illustrate dynamic action sequences and expressive character moments
• Produce clean, readable panel layouts suitable for digital platforms
• Reuse and adapt assets as needed to streamline production
• Collaborate on story pacing and visual storytelling to enhance reader engagement

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in anime, manga, or manhwa illustration styles
• Experience with shonen action, fantasy settings, or long-form comic/webtoon production is highly desirable
• Ability to draw dynamic poses, expressive faces, and maintain consistent character designs
• Skilled in digital illustration tools (e.g., Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, or similar)
• Understanding of vertical-scroll webtoon formatting and digital publishing best practices
• Excellent communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines
