Senior Product Designer

Client: HealthcareSenior Digital Product DesignerContract Duration: 1 year +100% Remote, AZ HoursDescription:

• Seeking a Sr Product Designer with healthcare experience on digital health products such as those listed below.
• Use of Figma
• Familiar with Jobs To Be Done (JTBD)
• Double Diamond approach (this project is mostly in the first Diamond)
• Design product area: Medication Management, Condition management, Digital health therapy products. They are currently using an app called Zealth which integrates into web and mobile. Example of product updates include full medication list, etc. May be asked to help select vendor. This designer will explore what the future means for AI integration in this product area.

Design areas of focus:

• Service Blueprinting (front of house – back of house mapping)/ journey mapping
• Research, discovery, interviewing, JTBD, Double Diamond (more focused on first diamond).
• Does not need to be a visual designer for this role but more moving from discovery through the first diamond.
• Seeking experience with AI, both in design workflow and product design for patient-facing experiences)
