Graphic Designer [210126]

As a Graphic Designer on the Aquent Studios x Meta team you will play an essential role in expressing the Meta brand consistently across digital and experiential touchpoints. You will work closely with senior designers, design directors, animators, writers, project managers and stakeholders to craft elegant, thoughtful creative work. You will collaborate with team members and extend design systems in large-scale, comprehensive projects across media. Key Responsibilities

• Implement the design systems and creative vision for events and campaigns in collaboration with the Design Director and design teams.
• Create net-new graphics and illustrations for various digital and physical properties in alignment with the brand guidelines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a designer on an in-house creative team or agency
• A passion for creative ideation and problem-solving
• Experience creating icons and illustrations aligning with the corporate style
• Effective, empathetic communicator with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
• Able to both follow brand guidelines and generate completely new creative concepts
• Proficient working on a cross-functional, remote team, and participating in activities like brainstorming, and providing and receiving feedback
• Strong eye for visual design and an extensive and varied portfolio of past project
• Bonus points for:
• Experience in Figma and basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience adding motion to graphics and creating light-weight animations

Other Requirements Salary: $85 – $90K The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
