Marketing & Creative Strategist (Remote – Tampa Area Preferred)

We’re looking for a dynamic marketing professional who can blend creativity with strategy to take our brand presence to the next level. This role calls for someone who can think big, write boldly, and design beautifully — while keeping an eye on performance metrics that matter.

As our Marketing & Creative Strategist, you’ll lead campaigns from concept to completion — developing fresh content, shaping visuals, and managing the look and feel of our digital footprint. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage budgets, and help define how our message connects with our audience both online and at live events.

This is a remote position, but candidates based near Tampa, FL are encouraged to apply for occasional in-person collaboration and event attendance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Design and deliver creative campaigns across web, digital, and print platforms
• Write compelling copy and produce visually engaging content
• Monitor performance metrics and refine tactics for better reach and ROI
• Manage yearly marketing plans and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to produce marketing collateral
• Oversee website design, updates, and brand consistency
• Participate in trade shows or conventions as needed

What You Bring

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• A sharp eye for design and layout across digital and print
• Hands-on experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Experience with web and email marketing platforms
• Strategic mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation
• (Bonus) Familiarity with healthcare or senior living industries
• (Bonus) Event or trade show coordination experience
