Freelance Graphic Designer
Job Description
Part-time / freelance / portfolio work ·Remote (UK)
About Arcavia Consulting
Arcavia Consulting is a specialist headhunting business serving the design and construction market across the UK, Europe and the US. We work with leading contractors, consultancies and design firms to place senior talent across project delivery, commercial, work winning, planning and design.
We're investing in our brand and content, and we're looking for a freelance graphic designer to help bring it to life — from industry white papers to our website and wider brand identity.
The Role
This is a flexible freelance role focused on producing high-quality marketing and brand collateral. You'll work closely with the founder to translate ideas, research and writing into polished, professional design. The work suits someone relatively early in their career who wants hands-on experience across brand, content and web.
Key Responsibilities
- Design industry white papers and reports — turning research and written content into clean, well-laid-out documents.
- Build and maintain the Arcavia website within HubSpot.
- Help shape and develop the Arcavia brand as it grows — visual identity, templates and marketing assets.
- Produce supporting collateral for campaigns, social media and outreach as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong graphic design skills — a good eye for layout, typography and clean, professional design.
- Confidence building web pages in HubSpot, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- A genuine interest in branding and marketing — someone who thinks about the work, not just executes a brief.
- Reliable, self-directed and easy to collaborate with remotely.
- A portfolio that shows your design work — document or report design is a particular plus.
Who This Suits
This role is ideal for someone wanting to gain real marketing experience from a relatively junior starting point. You'll get exposure to brand, content and web that's hard to find in an entry-level position elsewhere. It works well as a part-time arrangement or as part of your wider freelance or portfolio work, with flexible hours that can be shaped around you.
