Title: Graphic Designer 2Location: RemoteTypical Day in the RolePurpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to craft high-quality PowerPoint templates, slides, and visual systems that support our AI model. This role blends creative expertise with speed and scalability, ensuring designs meet brand and accessibility standards while enabling innovative, experimental projects.  

• Key projects: This role will contribute to influence how our AI evolves by creating assets and visual frameworks that guide its outputs toward clarity, quality, and creativity. Through close collaboration with design leads and innovators, you’ll help set standards, refine processes, and deliver solutions that empower millions of users to achieve polished, professional results effortlessly. **Candidate RequirementsDisqualifiers:**Candidates with lacking experience or knowledge in creating their own template will not be eligible for the role. **Best vs. Average:**The ideal resume would contain:
• Strong PowerPoint design experience
• Hands-on experience designing actual content and templates in PowerPoint (not UX, product, motion, or web design) (will not be training this position on how to make PowerPoint templates, they should already be familiar)
• Familiarity with modern AI creativity tools
• Should be comfortable designing within app constraints.
• Portfolio required. Summary:
• The PowerPoint Design Team is seeking a skilled designer to craft high-quality PowerPoint templates, slides, and visual systems that support our AI model.

• Design and develop presentation templates, slide layouts, and visual components for PowerPoint.
• Create polished, on-brand designs that balance aesthetics, clarity, and functionality.
• Support experimental projects through asset creation.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards.
• Deliver high-volume design output with fast turnaround times while maintaining quality. What We’re Looking For
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and composition.
• Proven ability to design for presentations and multi-page formats.
• Skilled in translating concepts into high-quality visual designs.
• Ability to explore diverse visual styles, including crafting complex or unconventional design ideas.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving guidelines, pivot as projects change, and embrace continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in design or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-4 years of professional design experience. (presentation or template creation strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong multi-page and PowerPoint design judgment, with a deep understanding of presentation layout, hierarchy, and quality.
• Comfort with modern AI tools and platforms, including image generation prompts.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to design clear charts and tables.
• Ability to take feedback in stride and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.
• Comfort operating in experimental spaces and shaping emerging standards.

Salary Range: $66,560 - 76,960 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
