We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to support the design of intuitive, user-centric products for a fast-growing startup. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle—from research to final UI—bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, scalable design systems.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research to gather insights and identify user needs
• Design intuitive wireframes and user flows aligned with product goals
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation
• Apply design thinking to solve complex usability problems
• Ensure consistency with UX/UI design best practices across all touchpoints
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing

Requirements

• Proficiency in UX design principles and design thinking methodologies
• Strong experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Experience conducting and analyzing user research
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of A/B testing practices
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS is a plus)
• Experience designing for fast-paced, agile environments
