We’re seeking a Freelance Art Director with experience in market access and value communications to support our agency team on a range of pharmaceutical and biotech accounts. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to translate complex scientific and economic data into engaging, visually clear materials that resonate with payer audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with copywriters, medical, and strategy teams to concept and design compelling visual solutions across a range of market access deliverables.
• Develop layouts and design systems for AMCP dossiers, payer decks, value proposition materials, infographics, training tools, and digital assets.
• Ensure all visual outputs align with client brand guidelines and communicate key access messages clearly and effectively.
• Participate in creative reviews and present design concepts both internally and to clients when needed.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring high-quality, detail-oriented execution.
• Stay current with design trends in healthcare communications and bring fresh, modern ideas to market access storytelling.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of design experience within a healthcare communications agency (market access or value communications experience strongly preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, data-driven design and an ability to simplify complex information visually.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and comfortable working with PowerPoint templates and layouts.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Available to support on a freelance basis, ideally full-time during engagement period.
