Remote Based Account Executive / High Ticket Sales CloserCompany: BlackBox Strategies

About the Role

BlackBox Strategies is hiring a Remote Account Executive (Closer) on behalf of a premium U.S.-based home furnishings brand. This role focuses on high-value B2C and B2B inbound leads for custom window treatments.

You’ll independently manage the full sales cycle—from consultation to close—helping customers find tailored design solutions. Ideal candidates bring formal sales training, a proven track record in competitive sales environments, and strong communication skills.

Scope of Work

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations with U.S.-based prospects
  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess needs and recommend solutions using an internal design tool
  • Manage the full sales process and pipeline via CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams post-sale and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Meet agreed performance benchmarks, including activity volume, conversion rates, and sales output

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in SaaS, technical, consultative, or high-ticket sales
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
  • Strong spatial reasoning and mental math
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient with modern CRM platforms
  • Self-managed with reliable equipment (computer, webcam, headset) and high-speed internet
  • Availability during U.S. business hours to maximize lead conversion

Compensation & Trial Structure

Compensation is scope- and commission-based. Contractors are paid for completing defined sales-related deliverables and earn additional commissions based on closed revenue.

While conversion is not guaranteed, high-performing contractors may be considered for full-time employment following the trial period.
