About the Role

We have an opportunity for a forward-thinking, communications and brand leader to join us on our journey. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this senior leader will interact with the marketing and executive teams to drive a differentiated corporate narrative and launch programs to elevate Infloww’s brand, increase our audience and drive product awareness globally. Areas of responsibility include communications strategy, public relations, influencer program, social media, brand management, creative/design execution, events, and other corporate marketing programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute a communications strategy that inspires and grows our audience among the OFM community, and enhances Infloww’s brand reputation and trust.
  • Own the brand’s DNA and narrative, and build the foundational playbook that guides how the brand shows up in this next chapter — across voice, tone, messaging, and visual expression.
  • Create relationships and alliances with industry influencers that will help elevate our brand and drive awareness.
  • Drive thought leadership: Own and execute the content strategy to position Infloww as the undisputed leader in the pace — through high-impact articles, reports, interviews, and strategic narratives that shape the industry conversation.
  • Lead PR strategy and agency relationship to accelerate our market position and product awareness among prospects, partners and press.
  • Ensure brand consistency across global markets, collaborating with regional stakeholders to support market launches and localization efforts that reflect our brand values and creative standards.
  • Oversee creative direction across key brand channels, including web, video, and social, ensuring a cohesive visual and narrative identity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, content, and lifecycle teams to integrate brand storytelling into the full customer journey — from first impression to long-term engagement.
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar with a Content and PR teams mapped to business objectives, key announcements, and events. Lead the distribution strategy for content across social media and owned channels

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • Extensive experience of communications & brand strategy experience in B2B technology, preferably with a few years in a fast paced SaaS company.
  • A track record of successful development of breakthrough thought leadership and communications programs.
  • Strong people management capabilities that inspire, manage performance, and develop team members.
  • Demonstrated experience increasing brand visibility and reputation
  • Expert at leveraging social and digital platforms for communications goals
  • Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on measuring internal and external communications effectiveness and results.
