The Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Learning & Graphics Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a core talent for visual communication and a passion for technology. While you'll be instrumental in crafting our engaging learning modules and stunning visual assets, we are looking for someone who is exceptionally adaptable and thrives on learning new tools and software quickly.

You will bring our stories to life through bespoke eLearning using Articulate 360 with custom graphics and captivating 2D animations utilising the Adobe Creative Suite. This is a varied and exciting role that will also see you lending your creative flair to our marketing and sales teams, helping to produce compelling graphics and collateral that showcase the unique personality of Bob's Business.

Key Responsibilities

• eLearning Development: Design, develop, and build interactive eLearning modules using our authoring tools, incorporating storytelling, gamification, and other effective learning strategies.
• Graphic Design: Create high-quality, bespoke graphics, illustrations, and icons that align with our brand identity and enhance the learning experience.
• 2D Animation: Develop engaging 2D animations and motion graphics to explain complex cybersecurity concepts in a simple and effective manner.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to visualise and storyboard learning concepts and narratives.
• Content Creation: Work closely with the content team to ensure that all visual elements are instructionally sound and contribute to the overall learning objectives.
• Marketing & Sales Support: Design eye-catching graphics for social media, website content, presentations, datasheets, and other marketing and sales collateral as required.
• Brand Consistency: Act as a brand champion, ensuring all visual content is consistent with our brand guidelines.
• Project Management: Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• A strong portfolio showcasing your high-quality graphic design and animation work.
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A demonstrable ability to learn new software, tools, and technologies with exceptional speed.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• A keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout.
• Proven experience in creating engaging 2D animations and motion graphics.
• A natural storyteller with the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging visuals.
• An adaptable mindset, with a genuine enthusiasm for technological and creative challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Experience in the cybersecurity or compliance training industry.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning.
• A good sense of humour!
