We are a fast-growing digital marketing and PR agency looking for a highly motivated Digital Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be executing digital marketing strategies to achieve our clients’ goals, helping them amplify their online presence and drive measurable business outcomes. The Digital Strategist:

Responsibilities:
- Regularly contributes to the development of digital marketing strategies, creative ideation and plans centered on core tactical areas you directly work on; manages areas of ownership in full, ensuring deadlines are met and no deliverables are overlooked
- Serve as a digital client contact with the ability to discuss campaign performance, as well as demonstrate an understanding of client expectations and ensure our work (results, collateral communication) exceeds this across all accounts
- Effectively problem-solve and propose creative ideas for unique campaigns, content ideas, social posts, ads, etc., to achieve client goals
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of expected goals and areas of ownership of core digital responsibilities
- Develops on-brand digital collateral, such as long-form content, social copy, graphics and ads, that is aligned with the overarching strategy and occasionally requires guidance on positioning or direction
- Professionally manage up across both the PR and digital team; Appropriately communicating regarding work responsibilities, account concerns, opportunities, priorities and more
- Proactive involvement in professional growth, communicating regularly with the supervisor to ensure goals and tactics are aligned and learning opportunities are available
- Fosters an inclusive, supportive and positive environment for team members
- Capable of managing multiple projects for various clients simultaneously, including social media management, paid social, PPC, SEO and other tasks as needed
- Social Media: Draft and create on-brand and creative social media campaigns, content and copy for clients; Manage community and reputation management interactions by promptly responding to comments, messages and inquiries professionally.
- PPC:Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure effective budget management while collaborating with the design team to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- SEO: Execute SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators to optimize campaigns, prepare detailed KPI reports to provide clients with insights and ensure timely execution of initiatives while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with 1-2 years being within an agency environment
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC and social media management
- Experience with creative design and photo/video editing is a plus
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
- Experience with digital monitoring and reporting platforms
