primarily via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This hands-on position involves authoring and publishing content, coordinating with cross-functional teams including UX, design, development, and QA, and ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards. The role requires strong CMS expertise, familiarity with Agile workflows, and technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, accessibility standards (WCAG), and digital release management is highly valued. Ideal candidates will have 5–6 years of experience in digital operations within enterprise environments.

Content Authoring & Publishing

• Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create/update content.
• Manage static files and ensure accurate publishing.
• Maintain brand and legal compliance.

Project & Release Management

• Coordinate with release and testing teams for deployments.
• Support overnight releases and environment transitions.
• Track defects and manage approvals.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (UX, design, dev, QA).
• Liaise with external vendors and business stakeholders.

Documentation & Requirements

• Document authoring needs and new capability designs.
• Ensure briefs and designs meet brand/legal standards.
