We specialise in bespoke influencer strategies - from micro to macro - managing the full campaign lifecycle from insight and ideation through to execution and performance analysis. As a remote-first team, we value sharp thinking, strong execution, and collaborative working. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to take ownership of influencer campaigns from strategy through to results.
About the Role
As Campaign Manager, you’ll lead influencer campaigns end-to-end - owning strategy, execution, and performance. You’ll work closely with our Campaign Director, as well as directly with creators, to deliver campaigns that are on-brief, on-brand, and commercially effective, and ensure all campaigns are built with measurable ROI in mind, aligning creative storytelling with performance outcomes.
This role suits someone with agency experience who is confident running campaigns independently, comfortable managing multiple projects, and excited by both the creative and performance sides of influencer marketing as well as passionate about both the creative and performance sides of influencer marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned to client objectives.
- Own campaigns end-to-end: briefing, creator selection, outreach, negotiation, contracting, content approvals, and delivery.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Work on taking ownership of campaign profitability, tracking budgets, margins and commercial efficiency and report to Campaign Director/ Brand.
Creator & Platform Expertise
- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and more.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Global creator landscape, platform trends, and influencer rates.
- Stay ahead of emerging talent, formats, and best practices.
- Be knowledgeable about trends and new platform news.
Reporting & Performance
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and KPIs and work with the Campaign Director on translating data into clear strategic insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
- Use data to inform insights, optimisation, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Confidently present results internally and to clients.
Collaboration & Client Support
- Work closely with creative and account teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Support client relationships with clear communication, updates, and strategic input.
- Manage relationships with management agencies and talent directly.
- Contribute ideas, best practices, and process improvements across the team.
Paid Social (Desirable)
- Strategise, plan, and manage paid social campaigns in support of influencer activity (TikTok and Meta).
- Work with performance metrics to optimise content and maximise ROI.
Creative Production Support (Desirable)
- Edit short-form video content for influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create and adapt basic graphic assets to support influencer activity, paid social, and client reporting.
- Collaborate with creators and internal teams to refine content for performance, platform best practices, and brand alignment.
- Make quick-turn edits, cut-downs, captions, and visual tweaks to optimise content for paid and organic use.
- Design visual reports, influencer profiles and pitch decks using the likes of Canva and Google Slides.
Tools may include: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop (or similar), and Google Slides.
What We’re Looking ForExperience
- Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, ideally agency-side.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems.
- Presentation-design skills: Decent capability to create appealing presentations (reports, briefing documents, help with pitching).
- Experience running paid social campaigns on TikTok and Meta (desirable).

- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Confident communicator and negotiator.
- The ability to work successfully in a remote working environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Confident using data to evaluate performance and guide decisions (Excel/reporting tools).
- Creative thinking across multiple niches.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Fluent/ Native English Language, with a strong understanding of Global culture and creators.
- Additional languages, skills, or talents are a strong asset as we continue to expand our global client and creator partnerships.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with influencer management tools.
- Design or editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut).
- Client relations: pre-established relationships with potential clients.
