Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer / Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling and user-focused design solutions across digital and print platforms. This role is responsible for shaping brand identity, designing product visuals, and creating engaging user interfaces and marketing materials that enhance user experience and brand consistency.
The successful candidate will collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to transform ideas into impactful visual designs. This position requires strong creativity, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to balance aesthetics with usability and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces, product visuals, and marketing materials for digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity design concepts.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, visual assets, and design systems.
- Produce graphics for social media, websites, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into effective visual solutions.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, layout, and branding across all materials.
- Conduct research on design trends, user behavior, and competitor visuals.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Prepare final design files and support implementation in development workflows.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with design tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design and/or graphic design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience in UI/UX principles, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual assets.
- Strong creativity combined with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and visually engaging designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with responsive design and digital product workflows is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
