Are you connected, passionate about coffee culture, and ready to shape how one of the world’s most iconic brands shows up in Dallas? BVRG is hiring a Brand Activation Manager (BAM) to represent Nespresso across the city’s most influential Lighthouse Accounts — from luxury hotels and membership clubs to fitness and wellness spaces, and the cultural venues that define Dallas’ creative lifestyle.

This role goes beyond visibility — it’s about building brand equity. You’ll help position Nespresso as part of the morning mindset and wellness ritual in the spaces where community, craftsmanship, and culture meet.

What You’ll Do:

Lighthouse Account Development:

• Build and nurture partnerships with lifestyle & luxury hotels, wellness and fitness studios, golf clubs, and membership spaces that embody Nespresso’s premium positioning.

• Lead on-site execution: menu integrations, barista and staff trainings, coffee rituals, and machine placements that elevate the Nespresso experience.

• Ensure every account reflects brand excellence, sustainability, and quality — driving both image and commercial results.

Community & Cultural Activation:

• Identify and produce on-the-ground activations that bring Nespresso’s “Morning Ritual” and “Craftsmanship” pillars to life — from wellness collaborations to art, design, and culinary moments.

• Partner with local creators, chefs, trainers, and cultural voices to tell Nespresso’s story authentically and generate content-worthy experiences.

• Create emotional connections with communities that shape culture, encouraging brand love and loyalty beyond the cup.

Sales & Route-to-Market Collaboration:

• Work closely with distributors and the Nespresso Professional sales team to expand distribution, increase visibility, and strengthen coffee sales.

• Support commercial growth through training programs, incentive plans, and partner engagement, ensuring all initiatives align with Nespresso’s brand values.

• Act as the local bridge between marketing and sales, helping both teams activate smarter and sell stronger.

Operations, Reporting & Insights:

• Deliver weekly reports with KPI tracking, insights, and budget management.

• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-ups with excellence and efficiency.

• Serve as the local market expert, providing real-time feedback and cultural insights to guide national strategy.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in beverage, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brand marketing or sales.

• Deep understanding (and love) for Dallas’ wellness, culinary, and cultural scene.

• A natural connector who builds relationships with authenticity and influence.

• Strategic mindset with creative execution skills — you turn brand strategies into meaningful, measurable action.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, and social media.

• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for events.

• Based in Dallas with a valid driver’s license.
