Hospitality Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Hospitality Assistant at Chandler Macleod HR. The Hospitality Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling food and beverage service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Daily tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Food Service, Hospitality, and Food & Beverage
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Bachelor's degree or related certification in Hospitality, Food Service, or a related field is a plus
