We’re on the hunt for an experienced Road Designer to lead designing on major road projects — fully remote.About Us 

D-TAL is an Australian-based and owned civil engineering consultancy specializing in road and highway design, temporary traffic management, and road safety. 

Key Responsibilities 

✔️Develop strategic, conceptual, and detailed road designs using OpenRoads Designer, adhering to Austroads Guidelines. 

✔️Analyse engineering drawings and clearly communicate design intent. 

✔️Prepare accurate design reports and technical calculations. 

What You Bring: 

🔹Degree in Civil Engineering 

🔹 Proficient in OpenRoads Designer; AutoCAD and Auto Turn experience is a plus. 

🔹 5+ years’ experience in road design on Australian projects (TfNSW experience preferred). 

🔹 Strong understanding of Austroads Guide to Road Design and TfNSW Traffic Control Manual 

🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office and ProjectWise (preferred) 

🔹 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
