Creative Head (Graphics)

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our Copy and Graphics Teams. You will ensure all creative output especially email and SMS is high quality, on-brand and performance-driven.

This role bridges creative and strategy, so you will need to speak both design and copy, while guiding the team and translating ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Strong leadership, creative judgment and hands-on Klaviyo experience are key.

The success of this role will be measured primarily by client satisfaction and performance results of our creative output, especially through email and SMS channels :

• KPI #1: Copywriting Quality Score (Client-rated)
• KPI #2: Graphics Quality Score (Client-rated)
• KPI #3: Client Overall NPS Score
• KPI #4: Email Marketing Revenue Generated
• KPI #5: SMS Marketing Revenue Generated

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• International Experience: Proven experience working with international clients or brands, particularly across North America and/or Australia.
• Ensure Creative Quality - Oversee the quality of all copy and design output to meet client expectations.
• Lead and Grow the Creative Team - Manage, guide, and develop both the Copywriting and Graphics teams through clear direction, mentorship, and hiring support.
• Deliver High-Performing Campaign - Drive the creation of on-brand, high-converting Email and SMS content.
• Bridge Strategy and Creative - Align copy and design efforts with client goals and strategy teams.
• Support Account Performance - Work with Account Managers to achieve client revenue and engagement targets.
• Handle Client Escalations - Address creative-related client concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Optimize for Mobile - Ensure all creative assets are mobile and dark mode friendly.
• Use Klaviyo & HTML/CSS - Leverage Klaviyo features and apply basic HTML/CSS for email builds.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in DTC eCommerce Email, SMS, and CRM Marketing.
• Relevant competency and experience in branding, graphic design and copywriting.
• Familiar with the internet marketing industry.
• Fluent with HTML and CSS Coding.
• Confident and comfortable with communicating with clients across different geographies and timezones - North America & Australia
• Willing to take part in a paid assessment.
• Portfolio of past work and references to be made available.
