We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented UI Designer to join our organization. In this role, you’ll translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive, and accessible interfaces for our cloud-based platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and operational stakeholders to help shape the visual identity of our products and maintain a cohesive, outcomes-driven design system.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web applications, including dashboards and analytics that help users understand and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with peers and internal stakeholders to turn requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to and maintain the product design system to ensure uniformity across the platform.
  • Apply accessibility and responsive design best practices to support diverse users and device types.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback from internal teams and end-user representatives.
  • Stay current with UI trends, tools, and methods, bringing forward new ideas to elevate usability and visual design.
  • Provide clear design specifications and assets to support development.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to continually refine the product.

Minimum Qualification:

  • 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer, ideally within SaaS or workflow-driven digital products.
  • Experience with a healthcare product is strongly desired
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Responsive design and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) experience.
  • Agile environments experience
  • Familiarity with interaction design or basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) highly desired.
