Location: Cincinnati, OhioJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $25 - 30 per hourWe are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Designer to design, produce, and manage a variety of digital media—from landing pages and email templates to social media ads. In this role, you’ll lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring visual strategies align with brand standards and marketing goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, transform complex ideas into intuitive digital experiences, and help shape the visual direction of our digital marketing strategy.Responsibilities: Design, produce, and manage a wide range of digital marketing media, including landing pages, email templates, and social media ads. Execute and guide projects from conception to rollout, ensuring an appropriate design strategy is in place. Collaborate closely with the digital solutions group and marketing managers to ensure all designs align with brand and marketing objectives, while also meeting usability and website standards. Influence and guide our digital marketing strategy through the visual experience and digital brand. Transform complex concepts into intuitive, high-performing digital marketing materials. Present design ideas, concepts, and prototypes to marketing managers, collaborating to achieve project goals. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in digital design or a related field (UX, UI, web design, visual design, graphic design, etc.). OR 10+ years of equivalent work-related experience. Must Have Scriptwriting: Experience in writing engaging scripts for video content, with an understanding of how to convey messages effectively through text and visuals. Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard software such as: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (or similar). Skills Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to brand guidelines. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Creative Skills: A strong creative flair with a keen eye for design, color, typography, and composition. Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
