Senior Designer (Remote – UK Based)

£45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience)

Remote-first with quarterly in-person meetups (typically in Central London)

Our client is a multidisciplinary branding and communications agency with a specialist focus on the financial services sector.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our client's creative team. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, Design Director, and a wider team of project managers, developers, illustrators, and animators to bring to life engaging, user-centric design work across a wide range of touchpoints, including:

• Branding and visual identity development
• User-first website design
• Through-the-line advertising campaigns
• Mobile applications
• Social media content
• Email and digital banner campaigns
• Print materials

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a designer with at least 5 years of agency experience who can confidently take projects from concept to execution. You’ll need:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and branding expertise
• Excellent visual storytelling and layout design skills
• A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Figma or Sketch
• Solid understanding of UI/UX, design systems, and responsive grids
• High attention to detail and strong time management
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills
• A hands-on, practical mindset and a commitment to quality
• Experience in motion design, HTML banner animation, illustration, or 3D design is a significant plus.
