Summary
The Regional Marketing Manager role will be vital in realizing North America’s full pipeline and revenue potential. This role is responsible for planning, building, and running inbound and outbound marketing programs to develop and accelerate pipeline growth. The Regional Marketing Manager position is critical to the North America business unit revenue marketing strategies through direct responsibility for implementing regional campaign plans for various customer segments.

- Manage, coordinate, and execute all activities and events in North America.
- Develop a comprehensive, full-funnel and multi-channel demand generation strategy for North America across various tactics, such as email marketing, content marketing, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the North American Sales team to develop and deliver a wide range of highly targeted ABM campaigns and experiments across channels to achieve pipeline targets.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes in detail, measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend to draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate future decisions.
- Support in the creation of budgets and metrics, fostering an understanding of our efforts through great internal reporting and sharing of results.
- Analyze customer insights, trends, marketing analysis, and marketing best practices to advise in building strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Plan and oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to create and optimize campaigns across various channels.

Supervisory Responsibility

Travel Requirements
Target travel is 35% or less per year. Actual travel requirements will be determined by event, project, and customer needs. Some travel may be international.
Required Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years’ of demonstrated experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of and experience in Marketing technologies and platforms.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s degree.
- Prior experience in a global organization.
