Your Role
You'll own DECTA's visual identity end to end. To be more specific, you'll lead the launch of an
updated brand, define the evolution of the design system, and ship assets across every
channel. This is a hands-on role today with a clear path to design lead as the marketing function
scales. If you’re looking for a role where you can actively contribute to a company's trajectory,

What You Will Do
● Create visuals, presentations, content deliverables, and other core design assets.
● Develop sales and marketing collateral for both digital and print channels.
● Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all external and
internal materials.
● Oversee the collaboration with the branding and design agencies for them to execute in
alignment with the company's needs in visual communications.
● Consistently contribute to the development of brand guidelines and design systems.
● Lead the motion design production, either internally or externally.
● Leverage modern tech stack to improve efficiency and production at scale.

- You have a strong design vision and the judgment to know when to hold it and when to
adapt.
- You're the kind of designer who sees the full picture, incl. positioning, audience,
message.
- You're comfortable operating with uncertainty, ambiguity, and autonomy.
- You don't wait for a brief to be perfect, and you shape it.
Requirements
● 5+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or marketing design.
● Deep proficiency in modern design tools. Figma at minimum, Adobe CC is an
advantage, familiarity with motion and video tooling is a plus.
● Solid portfolio demonstrating both digital and print designs.
● High proficiency in modern design tools and design systems.
● Ability to work autonomously in a multitask environment.
● English proficiency, both written and spoken.
● UI/UX experience is a strong plus.
