Job Title: Associate Web Producer

Location: Atlanta, GA or New York, NY (Highly Preferred) – Remote optional, MUST work EST hours

Overview:

We’re seeking an Associate Web Producer to support digital marketing efforts for Mailchimp. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage web content, support campaign launches, and optimize backend SEO, with a strong focus on Contentful CMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish and maintain web content using Contentful CMS
• Collaborate with stakeholders: designers, developers, SEO, and marketing teams
• Support digital campaigns and content acceleration projects
• QA, localization, and content updates
• Use project management tools (Workfront, Jira)
• Monitor timelines and escalate blockers
• Learn and adapt to our tech stack and workflows

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years f experience in digital/creative/enterprise environments
• Experience with CMS (Contentful preferred)
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Interest or experience in SEO
• Strong attention to detail (resumes will be reviewed thoroughly)
• Comfortable with repetitive CMS tasks
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Preferred:

• Marketing or digital background
• Familiarity with project management systems
