Digital Lemon Talent are supporting an exciting high-growth business in their search for a UI/UX Engineer to join a fast-moving product team. This isn’t a traditional design-only role.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys understanding user behaviour, improving journeys and turning ideas into real-world improvements. This role sits across UX, product thinking and front-end implementation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking and building.

You’ll be involved in reviewing user journeys, identifying friction points, improving onboarding experiences and helping shape conversion-focused improvements across a high-traffic environment.

What we're looking for:

🍋 Experience with UI/UX and front-end development

🍋 Strong understanding of TypeScript / JavaScript

🍋 Exposure to Vue, Nuxt and Tailwind beneficial

🍋 Figma experience

🍋 Product and user-focused mindset

🍋 Comfortable using data to support decisions

🍋 Strong communication skills

🍋 Curious about AI tools and modern workflows

Bonus points for experience with CRO, A/B testing, funnel optimisation or high-growth product environments.
