We are recruiting a Senior 3D Generative AI Researcher for the Adidas AI Archive Project. This initiative is dedicated to researching, prototyping, and developing state-of-the-art internal capabilities for 3D product design. You will act as an independent expert, leveraging modern ML architectures to revolutionize the future of footwear and apparel engineering.

🛠 The Mission: 3D GenAI Toolchain Development

Operating as a specialist researcher, you will:

Research & Evaluate: Identify SOTA 3D generative AI algorithms suitable for complex product geometry.

Prototype: Experiment with modern 3D GenAI models using proprietary internal datasets.

Optimize: Fine-tune models for geometric correctness, texture fidelity, and part separation.

Build: Implement components within the internal toolchain, translating research into reproducible prototypes.

📋 Technical Requirements

Seniority: 5+ years of deep experience in Machine Learning, with a specific focus on 3D Generative AI.

Stack: Expert-level Python and PyTorch.

Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Computer Graphics, 3D Toolchains, and Model Optimization.

Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science preferred.

Language: Fluent English.
