THE ROLE

  • You are a heavy consumer of social media and understand what works on Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • You thrive on creative freedom and don’t need hand-holding. We don’t micromanage—we expect you to bring ideas, experiment, and push boundaries.
  • You hate generic, corporate-style ads. We make ads that stop the scroll, engage, and drive performance.
  • You know that winning ads aren’t accidents—they’re built through constant iteration, testing, and refining based on data.
  • You’re adaptable and resourceful. Whether you have tons of assets or very little, you know how to turn them into something visually compelling and high-converting.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment where ideas get executed quickly, and results dictate the next move.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design high-performing static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Work closely with Creative Strategists and Copywriters to bring concepts to life and optimize for performance.
  • Create motion-based ad creatives, including simple animations, GIFs, and dynamic layouts.
  • Take UGC content, raw assets, and limited creative materials and turn them into scroll-stopping ads.
  • Stay on top of trends, hooks, and visual storytelling techniques that make ads stand out.
  • Use performance data from Creative Strategists to iterate quickly and refine designs.
  • Maintain high standards and speed—you can produce quality work without slowing down.
  • Continuously test, experiment, and propose new ideas to maximize ad performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • A strong portfolio of high-converting ad creatives (static and motion) for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Understanding of ad formatting, sizing, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience creating visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to work with both abundant and limited content, making compelling ads regardless of available assets.
  • A passion for pushing creative boundaries and making ads that stand out.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively without sacrificing quality.
