About The Position Prevail Legal is looking for a skilled and adaptable part-time Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to create visually compelling assets that tell our brand story, support the sales team, and engage our target audience. This is a remote position offering the flexibility of part-time work, ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to our growth through impactful design. Responsibilities

  • Design engaging sales materials such as one-pagers, slide decks, pricing sheets, and event collateral.
  • Create visual assets for marketing initiatives, including email graphics, blog imagery, social media content, and infographics.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work while evolving the visual identity.
  • Develop efficient processes to manage design requests and feedback cycles.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines to deliver high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
  • Assist in developing and documenting comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Continuously improve design workflows and processes for increased efficiency.
  • Stay updated on design trends, B2B marketing best practices, and developments in the legal technology space.
  • Proactively gather requirements and provide design solutions when briefs are incomplete.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in different design formats.
  • Expertise in visual design, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Fellow.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret design needs and explain design decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

Preferred Experience

  • Video editing and motion graphics skills.
  • Previous startup or tech industry experience.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry or legal technology sector.
  • Experience in developing brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
  • Proven track record of improving design processes and workflows.

Compensation Range The hourly pay for this part-time position ranges from $30 to $40, based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and knowledge.
