Graphic Designer

DrM, a global B2B player in advanced filtration and mixing technology, is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our international team. If you’re creative, proactive, and passionate about visual storytelling, this could be your next exciting opportunity.

About the Role

As a Graphic Designer, you'll be focused on all visual communications. You’ll work in the marketing department and closely with sales and R&D teams to bring our ideas to life, from concept to execution. This role is fully remote (based in Madrid) with occasional travel (2-3 times/year) to our headquarters in Switzerland if needed. You’ll also be joining another member of the marketing team who is based in Madrid, offering local collaboration while staying connected to our global setup.

Responsibilities

• Design a variety of assets including:
• Brochures, white papers, manuals, and presentations
• Exhibition stands, posters, and event materials
• Digital graphics and social media assets
• Internal documents and branded templates
• Edit and produce videos for internal and external use
• Perform photo editing and occasional photo/video shoots
• Cut and compile footage for marketing purposes
• Maintain consistency with the DrM brand across all platforms
• Take part in creative brainstorms and contribute original ideas
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and R&D

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Able to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency

Nice to Have

• Experience with KeyShot or Adobe Substance 3D Stager
• Skilled in photography and videography
• Basic understanding of motion graphics or 3D rendering
• Knowledge of marketing funnels and B2B visual strategy
