Director of Marketing
Job Description
Posted on: December 2, 2025
At Endpoint Automation Solutions, we’re redefining how industrial operations connect data, systems, and people. As a leading cloud-based integration and automation provider, we align operational workflows with ERP and business systems—unlocking new levels of efficiency, effectiveness, and insight for our clients.
We operate at the intersection of industrial automation and enterprise intelligence, helping some of the most innovative companies modernize their operations and scale smarter. Backed by deep industry expertise and trusted by manufacturers, distributors, and process-driven businesses, Endpoint is growing fast—and we’re just getting started.
About the Role
Across the country, manufacturers are finding new ways to build, ship, and grow. Backed by decades of warehouse automation experience, Endpoint is reimagining how small and mid-size manufacturers run their operations through simpler, smarter, and more human-centered technology.
This is a pivotal moment in Endpoint’s growth. We are evolving from our ERP-integrated roots to include a standalone platform built specifically for manufacturers that need automation designed for them, not for the enterprise. As Director of Marketing, you will help lead this transformation by pairing strategic vision with hands-on execution to build awareness, drive demand, and elevate the brand. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping the next chapter of Endpoint’s story.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, balance strategy with execution, and enjoy building structure where it does not yet exist, this role is for you. You will act as a trusted partner to the VP of Marketing, helping to modernize Endpoint’s marketing foundation, scale programs, and bring creative ideas to life.
You will be joining at a turning point in the company’s history, as we modernize a trusted brand and bring warehouse automation to a broader market. Marketing at Endpoint is not a support function; it is a strategic growth engine that connects our mission to our customers’ reality.
What You Will DoExecution and Enablement
- Plan, create, and manage multi-channel campaigns, assets, and tools that support lead generation and sales enablement.
- Coordinate creative, messaging, and deliverables for ads, webinars, email, and social media.
- Build email, social, and direct mail campaigns, nurture sequences, and follow-up workflows that convert.
- Partner with agencies, designers, and contractors to ensure projects stay on time and on brand.
- Design and QA marketing assets such as decks, landing pages, and short videos using Canva and other tools.
- Update and maintain the website (WordPress), email campaigns (Mailchimp or Creatio), and landing pages (Unbounce and Wistia).
AI-First Strategy
- Use AI tools for research, brainstorming, copy drafting, audience segmentation, and workflow acceleration.
- Identify new opportunities to embed AI into marketing operations for greater speed and personalization.
Organization and Collaboration
- Maintain shared calendars, asset libraries, CRM lists, and workflow documentation.
- Anticipate team needs and improve communication flow across marketing, sales, and product.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
What Makes You a Fit
- 8–10 years of marketing experience with proven success leading or partnering across demand generation, brand, content, and product marketing.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments; familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial technology is a plus.
- Skilled at moving between strategy, creative development, and hands-on execution.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Midjourney to accelerate research, writing, and ideation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Able to manage creative work independently while knowing when to collaborate or align with leadership.
- Balance creative intuition with operational discipline and clear communication.
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments that value experimentation and momentum.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, salaried position with the expectation of a minimum 8-hour workday during standard business hours. As a remote-first company, we embrace flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to do your best work—wherever you are.

Whether it’s a strategy session on Teams, async updates via Teams, or collaborative sprints, you’ll thrive in a culture that values initiative, clear communication, and shared outcomes. We’re building a high-performing team that’s connected not by proximity, but by purpose.
